Description
Middle Eye bacon is a leaner slice of bacon cut from the middle loin of the pig with the belly and rind removed. It is a premium cut best cooked in a medium hot pan or under a hot grill and is an ideal size for homemade Eggs Benedict, or served as a whole rasher for a weekend brunch.
Each packet is approximately 500g.
